We take security very seriously.  So when it comes to storing passwords in our system, we use very strict standards to make sure that our backend IT staff cannot read your information.  This also means that if you forget your password, we cannot show it to you.  Instead, we will change your password to a set of random characters and email that new password to you.  Then, after you login the very next time, we'll have you immediately change it to something you can remember.
