ClickSafe has taken several steps to ensure that all data entered into the eClickSafe website will be safe and secure. The site is hosted on North American servers with a company that specializes in handling our type of website.  The data is backed up at least daily, and the hosting company regularly updates their software and takes appropriate measures to secure entered information. 

Once personal information is entered onto the eClickSafe website, it will never appear on a ClickSafe client’s personalized eClickSafe webpage. ClickSafe does this to ensure that if someone were able to access a client’s personal webpage, they would not be able to connect the photos with a name or address. Additionally, all pages are secured with 128 bit encryption.

ClickSafe photographers, and anyone else who handles client data for ClickSafe and eClickSafe, must undergo thorough background screening and submit to pre-employment drug testing. The background screening includes local and federal criminal background checks, employment history verification, and driving violation history, as permitted by law.

ClickSafe also takes all reasonable measures to verify that any ClickSafe employee who enters a client’s home or handles personal information will do so with the intention to safeguard our clients’ home and possessions.
